Questions

What is included in the Library subscription?

The Blog and the archive of past questions and answers. Digital Notebook — your questions, lessons, notes, setup photos and launch monitor screenshots — is free with every account, Library or not. One-to-one chat and swing video reviews begin with Swing review.

How does Swing review work?

Swing review is a fixed 7-day window: direct coach chat and up to four swing videos — two to start, and up to two optional follow-ups around Day 5. Your chat summary is posted to your Notebook on Day 7, whether or not you sent follow-ups.

What is included in the 6-Weeks plan?

The 6-Weeks plan includes direct coach chat, up to 12 videos and 6 presentation updates, priority responses, technical reviews, and course strategy debriefs.

How is 12-Months different?

12-Months extends direct coach access and unlimited reviews to 12 months, with VIP priority, seasonal training, and tournament preparation.

When do I pay?

When you choose a plan, at checkout. Tick “start now” and it starts straight away; leave it unticked and it starts after the 14-day withdrawal period. Live lessons: pick a time and pay when you book.

What happens to the questions I asked on the Ask page?

They are already in your notebook when you start, together with my answers — you never have to repeat yourself. Asking stays free either way.

What is my notebook?

One place for everything: your questions and my answers, lesson summaries, chat summaries, and your own notes, setup photos and launch monitor screenshots. The more you add, the better I know your game.

Can I add videos to my notebook?

The notebook takes text and photos. Videos go in chat, where I review them — that is part of Swing review, 6-Weeks and 12-Months.

What happens when my plan ends?

The chat from your plan is summarised and saved to your notebook, and everything else stays there too. You can come back to it any time.

How should I film my swing?

Send one video down the line (from behind you, looking at the target) and one face on. A phone stand or tripod helps. You can send any part of your game — putting and chipping too.

What should I tell my coach?

What you’d like help with, the shot shape you like to play, your usual misses and your handicap.

How do live sessions work?

Sessions are 30 minutes on FaceTime or WhatsApp, on weekdays. They work best at the driving range, in a simulator or with a mat and net — headphones help.
